The Government's ‘Cycle to Work’ Scheme can reduce the cost of a bike and safety equipment by between 30-50%. Employers can help spread the cost of the equipment by leasing it back to staff over 12 or 18 months. Most schemes ensure that there are no costs to the Employer and that there are some savings made due to lower NI payments.
While you set up the scheme and people choose and order their bikes, you can  promote the GoCycle Free Loan scheme to your staff, so they can try out cycling before committing to buying a bike.
