Cycle and WIN in the GoCycle Challenge

It's easy to sign up (click here) and make your miles count!

The countdown has started to our first cycling competition - GoCycle Challenge. Sam Ryan has been appointed as CTC Challenge Co-ordinator and will be encouraging as many people as possible to take to their bikes in March 2011. The GoCycle Challenge is a fun, free competition open to all. People only need to cycle for at least 10 minutes to stand a chance of winning some great prizes - it’s participation that counts not miles. See how many of your friends and family you can get cycling – they say you never forget how to ride a bike! Registrations online at www.gocyclechallenge.org .
“I never liked cycling and used to think it was so not cool. Ever since I took on this challenge, it has really changed my whole concept of cycling and I tell you it’s one of the wisest things I’ve done - cycling is definitely the way forward and I now encourage and recommend it.” (Akash, Oxford)
“Since the cycle challenge I have noticed that I am a lot fitter. I have lost some weight. I have more energy and saved money by not taxing and insuring the car.” (Rhianna, Chichester)
“The challenge was the kick I needed to get on the bike... now I have, I'm loving it and cycle to work whenever I can. I even miss it when I don't cycle!” (Claire, Milton Keynes)
